Complainant says that roof drainage from the old Exercise Inc. runs across the alley and into his basement. "Can't something be done while they are working in the alley?"

Re: Beta Theta Pi House. 30 yd dumpster on east side of house, next street east of Woodlawn (Forest?) - sits in City ROW, is a traffic hazard. They keep changing the size of the dumpster, but its always in the ROW.
Dumpster in public right of way.
2 large panel vans (white and yellow) are parked on street. These are business vehicles. Also 4 more cars in back. Causing dangerous situation. Come in afternoon, cars are gone in morning.
Took down street treet and didn't put them back.
Neighbor constructed a fence along the alley. It appears to be in the alley.
Dana at Rose & Walker called to say it was their understanding the City was to maintain the grass on the City's right of way. This has not been done and the grass needs to be cut.
Skateboard ramp in right of way at 1201 Greentree.
I bicycle commute from Park Ridge East to Indiana Ave. following the bicycle path along the railroad. Due to the bypass construction last week I had to cross the working site where the path meets the bypass, or one time I crossed at the light on 10th street. This morning my crossing was muddy. Detours for bicycles require more effort than detours for cars, especially in a hilly town like Bloomington. Moreover, they might require bicyclist to engage in high traffic stretches of roads or unsafe roads, as in the case I describe above. It appears to me that inconveniences and changes affecting car drivers are taken into account when construction works are planned. It does not appear to me that the needs of bicyclist are ever taken into account in these occasions. What is the plan you have in place for those following my commuting route? For how long I will have to expect construction on the bypass affecting my commute? Thank you, Stefano Fiorini
Along Hagan St., which is at the rear of my property on Stonegate Ct., a mature Bradford Pear was split during the storms over the weekend. A large portion of the tree is now blocking the sidewalk, and I'm trying to determine the responsibility for clean-up. By my understanding, the tree is on city property as it sits between the sidewalk and Hagan St., but I understand that it may still be my responsibility. Please advise.
