Line of Sight
1002 E Maxwell LN
- Case Date:
- 9/17/2013
There is a row of bushes/hedges in front of 1003 W. 1st Street that blocks the line of sight for those pulling out of the apartment complex at 909 W. 1st Street. There have been other complaints (8/24/06 & 12/27/07) in regards to this problem. The property owner at 1003 trims the bushes/hedges back but they continue to grow back and cause a line of sight problem.
excessive growth on west side of road makes it difficult to see when coming south on Woodscrest to Woodbine
Pulling out of alley near 1117 S. Rogers is dangerous because of all the overgrowth.
excessive growth spills out over sidewalk, line of sight issue
Bushes at the west end of the alley are too tall and need to be trimmed back for drivers to see to exit the alleyway.
hedges too high, can't see traffic
Caller complained about line of sight not being adequate for drivers traveling north on Highland attempting to turn West on Hillside. They stated their view of westbound traffic on Hillside is obstructed.
There is a visibility issue on the SW corner of Maxwell Street & Thornton Drive. The house on the corner built a fence around the property and planted trees on the outside which has caused a visibility issue for someone going north on Thornton looking to the west on Maxwell.
