The line of sight problem is at Fritz Drive and the Bypass. There is grass that is overgrown causing a line of sight problem for those trying to pull off of Fritz Drive onto the Bypass. The grass is behind the guardrail. The citizen did not know if this was State property or not.

Overgrowth of bushes in the alley between S. Jefferson and Bryan Ave. Traveling west in the alley obstructs view of traffic.

caller says that pepsi trucks are parked vertically in front of the plant. If you travel south on Woodburn and reach the intersection of 17th and Woodburn, you cannot see W bound traffic travelling on 17th street.
