When a driver is going south on Palmer Avenue and is looking to the east on Allen Street there are a bunch of weeds that block the line of sight. The weeds/shrubs are in front of the second house to the east (421). The weeds/shrubs hang so far into the street that they cover any cars that park on Allen Street.
Cannot see Wstbound traffic when trying to enter Hillside from Park

Citizen called in to the Street Dept. complaining about the intersection of Hillside Drive and Park Avenue. The caller did not say what was causing the line of sight problem but that it was on the east side of Park Avenue.

Marlene stated that the bushes at the intersection of Gates Drive and Jacob Drive as causing a line of sight problem as you travel west on Jacob Drive to the instersection of Gates Drive.
Please check the NE corner of Kirkwood and College, the SW corner of the courthous square. The plantings and planter height is a concern (greater than the 2-1/2' limit) for line of sight within the 25' triangle of these corners.
You turn off of N. Walnut Street into the Blue Ridge Subd. Turn right onto N. Blue Ridge Drive. As you go up the hill there are tree branches overgrown into the road that scrape vehicles. The branches cause the drivers to swerve into the oncoming lane of traffic. There is another problem as you turn left onto E. Blue Ridge Drive. There are pine trees that block the line of sight of oncoming traffic.
Citizen stated that brush and weeds are growing over the sidewalk and obstructing the line of sight and pedestrian access. Citizen called to inquire status of compaint and to give additional addresses. Overhanging limbs blocking sidewalk at 3404, 3411, 1318, 3325, 3549, &3511 on Allendale. The flowers/weeds at this address are so high that you cannot see to pull out onto Henderson street from Allen Street.
