there is a tree that needs to be trimmed at this location because pedestrian traffic cannot see any oncoming traffic around it. Sounded like he was speaking of the alley.

Intersection of 17th & Lincoln (southside she believes) there are tree limbs hanging down into the sidewalk and blocking view for pulling out onto street. Believes tree belongs to apartment complex.
Tree overgrown and blocking sidewalk and street.
Between 3003 and 2903 Browncliff Lane there is a thicket of trees and bushes that is encroaching into the City's Right of Way.
There is a lilac bush on the southwest corner of East 7th Street and Hillsdale Drive that blocks the line of sight as you pull off of 7th. There is also a concern that people fly through the stop sign at this intersection. The stop sign is placed a ways back from the intersection. They would also like for the City to look at a multi-way stop.
There is a shrub on the southwest corner of Fritz and Gilbert that is into the roadway. Traffic Division has trimmed back as much as they could to make the stop sign more visible but the shrub needs to be trimmed back more.
The citizen at 416 W. 11th Street uses the parking lot behind his building. His access is a East/West alley off of Rogers Street. There is an evergreen tree that blocks the line of sight for those pulling out of this alley trying to go South on Rogers Street. You have to pull partially into the northbound lane on Rogers to see around the tree. The tree also impedes pedestrian traffic along the sidewalk. The tree is behind the sidewalk. Refered by Lee Huss

Overgrown alley causing dangerous intersection when pulling out of Bryan St. Alley between 223 S. Bryan and 220 S. Jefferson St.
There is a line of sight issue with bushes/trees as she is pulling out of her driveway. The problem is with the empty lot next to her driveway that is overgrown.
