When a driver is going south on Palmer Avenue and is looking to the east on Allen Street there are a bunch of weeds that block the line of sight. The weeds/shrubs are in front of the second house to the east (421). The weeds/shrubs hang so far into the street that they cover any cars that park on Allen Street.
City manhole at the entrance / exit to campus walk property’s at 421 S Dunn and Henderson is crushed in per an onlooker who tried to find the campus walk offices while I was in the pool and reported the finding. The ally that connects the campus walk property and Henderson is where the manhole in question is and would definitely cause damage to vehicles if driven on. This appears to have happened at some point today as this is an area I drive daily and was not an issue before.
The north-west intersection of South Grant and East Allen is so heavily overgrown that it is impossible to see east bound traffic on Allen when heading south on Grant. It is an accident waiting to happen.

Bushes overgrown around property adjacent to Atwater make it impossible to see oncoming traffic. Drivers traveling north on Clifton must pull into traffic on Atwater to see around the bushes.

South-bound vehicles on Dunn cannot see oncoming east-bound traffic on 10th due to overgrowth of weeds on this property (NW corner of 10th and Dunn.)
It’s hard to see the stop signs until you are right on them.
