Grass/Shrubs at 516 W. Dodds are growing out into sidewalk and blocking the path. Also the house across the street from 810 S. Rogers has a large gutter hanging off of the roof and is causing quite an eye sore.
There are high weeds and grass growing up against the house and an old car. There has been a big rat spotted on the property.
Caller states thjat the problem is a small strip of field beside or across from this property. That the weeds are so tall you can not see the road to pull out and he feels it is a saftey concern.
The problem is actually at the lot on the west side of this property that rosemary owns. She says it is right by Blgtn. Bone & Joint. Says there are weeds in this lot that are 8' tall.
Poison ivy growing behind the house, next to the alley on the north side of the property; burdock growing close to the back door; poke growing near the garage. The garage is leaning and has holes in the siding allowing animals to enter.
There were two cans of trash put out on Sunday. The regular trash day is on Friday. The complaintant says that they do this all of the time.
Weeds and grass not mowed behind property in the 2 foot strip owned by the warehouse, which they were to maintain. This warehouse extends from Grimes to Hillside Drive. Owners have not mowed entire length of warehouse. GIS shows warehouse (2'x885' strip of land) owned by Crosley Bldg. Corp., 209 N. Main St. Ste. 2B, Lima, OH 45801.
Resident cuts his grass and puts the grass trimmings in a trash can and sets out on Wednesday afternoon (trash pick up on Friday).
The apartment building beside 718 W. Dodds has a dumpster that is constantly overflowing. She filed a complaint last summer and the dumpster was relocated to another place. However, it has been moved back to the same place. The smell is so bad that Ms. McDivvit can not open her windows in the summer. Please call Ms. McDivvit with a status update.
