Trash is still a problem at 517 & 519 N. Fess. They continue to leave their trash containers on the sidewalk all the time. Also the properties located at 415 & 421 N. The empty lot next to 900 W. 8th Street has overgrown onto the sidewalk. The trees/brush have basically blocked the sidewalk causing pedestrians to walk in the grass plot next to the street. The area is a pedestrian hazard.
