House next door to him (1016 S. Azalea) was started in July 96. It has been abandoned since August 96. Weeds, building material, house left in disarray since that time. Weeds have grown 4-5' high. Mr. Jones has complained to the owner, Phil Anderson, repeatedly, but nothing has been done. Please help in correcting the situation.
Overgrown weeds and grass along Sare & Hunter's Glen.
The grass needs mowed on the vacant lot NORTH OF 2801 N. Walnut St. Students enrolled in the driving school having problems seeing traffic when pulling out onto N. Walnut. This is the second complaint by Ms. Lindsey. The first complaint #6075 on 08/06/97. Ms. Lindsey feels that this is a dangerous situation for the high school driving students.

THERE IS STILL TRASH IN THE BACK OF THE BUILDING AND IT IS BLOWING EVERYWHERE. IT STINKS AND IS A HEALTH HAZZARD.
THERE IS TRASH PILED UP BEHIND 1130 EAST ATWATER. IT IS ON THE CORNER OF ATWATER & BALLANTINE IN THE ALLEY.
Amy from the Major's office forwarded this complaint to H.A.N.D. According to Ms. Howell there is a dumpster overflowing at the College Mall Apartments.
In the alley between College & Walnut, there is a storage bin that has collected rubbish and has dead rats in it.
Complainant called to report that the vacant house located at 1401 S. Rogers appears to be unsafe, is badly unkept and she believes that homeless people are entering the house at night. She owns the rental next to it (1405 S. Rogers) and states that because of the overall condition of the house it effects her ability to attract good renters. She would like to the owners contacted that have been do something about the condition of the property. Please contact her re status.
