The neighborhood of Elm Heights is a mess. At the intersection of University and Park, the weeds and bushes cover sidewalks on both sides of the streets. Along Park, bushes cover sidewalk on both sides. Also, the NE corner of Park and 2nd St. the bushes cover the sidewalks.

Property corner of 12th & Jackson is a compete eyesore to the neighborhood, yard remains unmowed most of the time, trees have been allowed to grow out of the sidewalk, mothers w/babies in strollers have to go out into the street, and around to get through.
