Stacking trash in the yard. Tenants not using tags. Accumulating trash behind shed.
"Address has Rumpke containers on property, but containers are being stickered with City trash stickers - trash is not being tagged properly - please check out what the problem is for Sanitation Department. A neighbor called engineering to report her neighbor Robert Staats, put a large brush pile on the road E. Hollywood Dr. It is a crushed stone road.
Tall Grass
Neighor of the above address states the property owner appears to have mental issues and is reclusive. However, the lawn has not been moved this year.
Citizen stated that in the 600 block of N. Smith Road in what use to be the old Ken-Lawn Garder Center that the grass has not been moved this season and the grass is high.
tall grass, poss. over occ., house is being advertized as 4 bedrooms.
Caller stated that this has not been mowed since the City had the property mowed 8 weeks ago. Caller stated that it would be cheaper for her not to mow her yard and wait until the city mowes it.
Has not been mowed.
