The dumpsters at the Day Care at the above address are overflowing with diapers and miscellaneous trash. The dumpster is not enclosed. Roberts wanted to know if by code they are not required to enclose the dumpster area. The dumpster is emptied 2 times a week, but in between these times the trash is overflowing, normally dirty diapers, which is a nuisance. THIS HOUSE HAS TRASH IN THE TRASH CANS THAT SPILLS OUT AND BLOWS IN TO THIS MAN' S YARD. HE COMPAINED ABOUT THIS PROBLEM ABOUT A YEAR AGO. HE JUST WANTS THE MESS CLEANED UP.

Lids are required for dumpsters, but the dumpster located near Mr. Stevens does not have a lid. This causes bees (yellow jackets) to swarm around the dumpster and his family was stung last year. He has contacted the Housing Authority, but they have not put lids on the dumpsters yet.

THERE IS TRASH EVERYWHERE. THIS COMPLAINT WAS NOTED AS COMPLETED ON MARCH 30, 1998 IN THE COMPLAINT SYSTEM. HOWEVER, THIS GENTLEMAN SAYS THAT IT WAS NOT PICKED UP ON THE 30TH AND WE NEED TO GO BACK OUT AGAIN.
