I have complained 50 times in the last ten years about my neighbor overgrown yard especially the bamboo which I have to cut back every month or risk it taking over my yard , and in those ten years only one time has the city done anything . The owner was issued a warning in August I believe but she still hasn’t cut down the bamboo or the extreme overgrowth on our property line wich hangs over onto my roof. For the last 25 YEARS I have complained to the city how the owner will not cut back weeds that have grown into trees or her other 8-15 feet weeds all around the property and the city has done nothing to make her keep the yard up . Now for the last 10 years she has had Bamboo that is overtaking her yard and starting to creep into my yard. I have tried to speak with her about doing something about her yard and she does nothing.The Bamboo she has is now illigal in Bloomington.
