One house east of 1020 w kirkwood has over grown yard
Parking on the lawn; trash in back yard; scattered trash has attracted crows and residents throw bottles and lighter fluid at the crows. The house is a red brick dutch colonial style rental.
There is trash by the front porch that has been there for a while.
Residents leaving trash cans on the sidewalk all the time. Ms. Craig is unsure who the trash cans belong to; possibly 1017 E. 1st St. or 1015 E. 1st St., which is a rental property (unregistered).
At the rental house directly across the street from complainant, 1015 E. 1st. St., garbage cans and recycle bins have been left on the street since Monday.
Trash and recycling sitting out all week. Complainant thinks that this property may be a rental. It is located directly across from 1014 E. 1st St.
Two vacant lots next to 1017 Chris Ln. have very tall weeds.
On the north side of Winslow, then up Henderson the overhang from trees impairs mobility whether walking, biking, assisted mobility, strollers. The same is true on the east side of Sare Rd north of Rogers (the Rogers that runs east and west) and Hillside. Sidewalks have to be walked around because of all the overgrowth. I'm sure there are lots of other places in town but these are where I have been recently.
Vine hanging into street from tree.
