It is impossible to continue to walk on E. Second just past the wooden foot bridge, going towards the intersection of High and Second, because of these branches. Quantity of construction waste and old kitchen equipment in and around their fenced dumpster on the NE corner of lot. Area looks bad and it has forced them to move dumpster out of fenced area. Please take a look and let me know what you think.
