Trash piling up in the alley at 608 S. Washington. One of the bags has a rotting deer carcass in it with hoofs sticking out of the bag. Complainant reports that the trash has been piled to the gutters before.
Tenant who lives upstairs leaves trash at the bottom of the steps next to the building. Trash is starting to pile up.
Trash cans, recycle bins in alley. they are left in the alley even after recycle is picked up.
Complainant reports trash everywhere, and "Looks like a dump". Also noted that interior of unit is also trashed.
gARAGE COMPLETELY FULL OF TRASH AND SCATTERING THROUGH THE YARD.
Manager of Terra Trace Apts. reports that a person named Jase Burkhart, 403 1/2 E. 15th St., bags his trash and puts it on the lawn, on the south side of Terra Trace on 15th St. She reported that this is happening every 2 or 3 days by the same person (Burkhart).
Large bush that has grown over the sidewalk between 9th & 10th St. on the East side of Lincoln.
Large defunct boiler and furniture abandoned in the yard behind 301 E. 10th.
Mr. Costello reports illegal dumping behind the warehouse located 423 S. Washington St. He reported that the dumpster is locked, but that someone has dumped 10 bags of trash on top of the dumpster. Mr. Costello thinks that the dumpster will be emptied again on Wednesday.
