A wrecked car in front of the house has not been moved since October. It is facing the wrong way on the street.
Neighbor has put in a dumpster in his drive way. Caller feels that area residents will abuse the dumpster and the area will become a mess. Inspector please call complaintant with results.
People across the street are using Terra Trace dumpsters.

Anonymous complainant reports an overflowing dumpster in front of her house by her driveway, which does not belong to her. She reported that a landlord who owns a lot of rentals on W. 12th St. and on Maple Street placed the dumpster in front of her house so that his tenants could use the dumpster. She does not know the landlord's name. She believes that this dumpster sits on her property, and she is concerned with the mess.
Trash and recycling sitting out all week. Complainant thinks that this property may be a rental. It is located directly across from 1014 E. 1st St.
