Overgrown lawn

First, thanks for weed removal along Dodds, from Morton to Rogers. This problem is the condition of the Fagan Stone property. It has some wild flowers but is overgrown with weeds, shrubs, small trees, some several feet tall. Never cared for or mowed, it gives the neighborhood a trashy look.

Dir. Hason, HAND. The owner cut down weeds to about 24". The weeds on the sidewalk and overhanging the wall are untouched . There is still trash in the sideyard along Prospect Street Please have staff follow up for a cleanup! Thanks.

Lawn overgrowth in excess of 8 inches.. Raised garden bed looks like a jungle. Weeds inside fence 2 feet tall

Excessively over grown grass along road side and entire yard. House is already very run down in general. Not sure if anyone lives there.

Yard is completely overgrown. Property needs mowed and trimmed. Broken down lawnmower is in the side yard, along with other broken down vehicles in the driveway.

This property appears to belong to Duke Energy and has shown this level of overgrowth for weeks (obviously!) The overgrowth is a perfect habitat from woodland creatures, but is not consistent with code. It impinges on the multi-use path. Furthermore, if other property owners are expected to control vegetative growth, then this property owner should be expected to do likewise. This has not been an issue in the past and it was mowed with the rest of Duke's lawn.

The entire property is full of stuff and weeds. It spills out past the sidewalk. Even the back yard is full of junk vehicles, etc. Is this allowed?

Considerable overgrowth and lack of control of yard
