The homeowner doesn’t maintain the back of the property along the fence line and alley. They have a fence that is 10’ tall preventing them from seeing how bad the vegetation is and we have been cutting it down ourselves. It also interferes with Duke energy lines and has a cord hanging in a tree.
I HAVE BEEN REPORTING FOR WEEKS Please help. This is getting very dangerous. His bushes have completely blocked the road and he was very hostile when I talked to him.
Yard unkept and not mowed. Shrubbery blocking sidewalks. This guy only cuts grass maybe 3-4 times a year, most likely after city notices.
Yard appears to have not been mowed yet this summer.
