Mr. Thompson called because he did not want to make unpaid sewer payments for his tenants at 724 W. Dixie and 2504 S. Rogers who did not pay bills.

MS. BENTLEY CALLED ON 11/8/97 AND STATED THAT SHE HAD A 20,000 GAL CONSUMPTION AND HAD A PLUMBER COME OUT AND LOOK. THE PLUMBER TOLD HER HE THINKS THE PROBLEM IS IN THE MAIN. MS. BENTLEY WOULD LIKE THIS MATTER CHECKED OUT.

Mr. Milne stated on 6/4/98 that he felt the letter re. Aqua Pay that was put in monthly billings was deceiving. The letter stated that you could pay your monthly bill by Aqua Pay or at local banks but did not state that you still had the option to pay in cash or by check at the Utilities Department.
Letter from Mr. Mascari stated his October bill was unusually high for sewer portion and that he did not receive the notice until he received his December bill. Mr. Mascari would like to appeal this matter to the USB.
