Cust very unhappy with the fact that we don't make an adj for watering (if not single-family residental). They had done some work and did alot of watering outside. They more than doubled their normal usage.
Received letter from Ms. Moran to complain about bill of $126.16. She feels that this it too high and sent check for $40.00 in payment. Check was given to Cust. Rel. to post as partial payment.
Mr. LaGrange sent letter explaining that IMI did not receive ww charge until 5/02 in the amount of $2,272.77. They paid this amount but have now received other ww bills and are asking for adjustment.
customer called about the fire protection charge on a hydrant meter he has rented. He says he was only quoted the min. water service charge of 30.87 and not the additional 17.45 for the fire protection. I explained to him that the fire protection is a meter base charge for every meter. He still feels he shouldn't have to pay it since he says that amount was not quoted to him. He wanted someone with higher authority than myself to contact him.
Fred Cate sent e-mail objecting to the adjustment in rate for irrigation water. Mr. Cate does not feel the amount of adjustment is justified.
Customer called asking why he is being billed fire protection on his irrigation meter. I explained to him it was a charge that has always been there it is now broken down separately. He says he pays it on his domestic meter and shouldn't have to pay it on his irrigation meter. I told him I would forward on his comments. He did want some else to call him back.
Mr. McCrea wrote and stated that he felt he should not pay for wastewater charges for filling his swimming pool. He requested a credit for the wastewater charges.
