Ltr. rec'd. from Ms. Mastalerz re. her rental property at 312 Bryan Ave. Stool leaked. Leak was fixed when problem discovered. High bills for 3 months. She does not feel that tenants who are students could pay the large bill and requests an adjustment.
For three months I have been unable to get into esuite to see how much I owe. The site says my login info is invalid, and when I request the info be sent to my email, it never arrives. I have been paying a historical amount through my bank, but would like to be able to verify.
Our most recent bill includes a 'past due balance' amount which is $93.72. This amount had already been paid by us on September 8th. Can we please understand why it is being charged again in the new monthly bill?
Our water usage volume has almost tripled in Jan, Feb and Mar of 2023 compared to Oct, Nov and Dec of 2022.From about 11K gallons to around 33K gallons per month. Something does not seem right. I believe our facilities manager did have a plumbing company look to see if they could find any issue but I don't believe they did. Can someone take a look at this issue?
