The company I rented through (Costley and Co) requires me to get a statement from you saying the water bill has been paid in full. I will be leaving Bloomington on the 31st and would like to schedule a time for the water to be turned off for my unit.
Water leak causing increase in water bill
Our water bill has grown exponentially over the last year and we cannot find a reason why. We have had plumbers out who can find no leak so we are turning to the water company to help us investigate.
For three months I have been unable to get into esuite to see how much I owe. The site says my login info is invalid, and when I request the info be sent to my email, it never arrives. I have been paying a historical amount through my bank, but would like to be able to verify.
My water consumption use (and corresponding bill) is twice as much as any of my other previous months. We have not increased our usage during March - if anything, it should be a little less since we were out of town for a week. This reading cannot be accurate.
We have not yet received February billing for the following accounts: 33473-002, 6614-002, 200425-003
