I live in an apartment complex on the east side of Bloomington. The water has had an algae or dirt taste to it for about 2 weeks now. It seems like the taste is getting stronger and stronger and the smell is horrible in the shower and when brushing my teeth with the tap water.

Hello! It is that wonderful time of year when the water taste so gross again! I know what causes it, I know that you all work so hard to get it cleaned and tasting good again and I thank you for that! I was wondering if you all had a timeline by chance of when it will be taste good to drink again. I feel like it is happening later this year which I was hoping it wasn't going to but here we hare. As others have reported recently, the tap water taste is bad, reminiscent perhaps of 2021's high-algae taste.
My water line was hoked up last week to the new supply that has been installed on N Hancock Dr. I expected a bit of flavor difference, but this plastic taste is NOT diminishing. I have run water for 1/2 hour in the house a couple times, but no great success. Could you please flush the new lines at the hydrants ? Bill Goodhew
Water is brown at my residence. Not Normal
Our home has reduced water pressure today, I noticed it earlier this morning, last night it was fine. I don't see any leaks running onto street or in neighboring yards. If pressure was automatically lowered this is concerning, our home has boiler heat and when this happened in the winter our boilerwas negatively impacted. Can our pressure be restored? Thanks
