Customer stated that her water does not taste good. Customer was advised there has been a problem with taste in the water caused by lake turnover, but this problem seems to have ended. Customer was asked if she noticed improvement in the water lately. She said "yes." Customer was asked if she would like her water tested. Customer said "no." Customer was advised to call back if taste was not better in a week. Customer said "OK."

Lee Starnes - Maintenance Supervisor for Fountain Blue Nursing Home called and said they have experienced a problem with bath facilities black staining and ice machine filters clogging and needing changed more frequent than in past.

Customer said water has too much chlorine.
