Hey I noticed a change to the left turn arrows on west second street, at Liberty and Walmart. Instead of flashing yellow with 2-way green it's been changed to a red left arrow, as I'm sure you're aware. I'm also sure there's a good reason for it, but I've never seen traffic as backed up trying to enter Walmart as I have the last couple days. And today I sat through a red arrow with 2 greens while there was no one else around, except for the guy across from me, also sitting through a red left arrow. Seems inefficient, and I hope it gets changed back soon. Thanks for your attention!

I am writing to complain about the contractor who is doing the work near the old Catalent building. My new Grand Highlander took a chunk of mud or rock to the window this evening. It appears that the contractor did not sweep the street after their work. The impact was significant enough that glass shards came into the cabin. This is a major safety issue.

New culvert was placed last week. Asphalt has already settled leaving a very large dip/bump in the road. Please fix before asphalt plants close for season.

Busted concrete block in the street On SR corner of Lincoln/Dodds. In its current state it is dangerous to cars, to hikes, and to pedestrians. Either take care of it or remove it.

Entrance to Kroger and Arlington Elementary at Parrish Road needs to be resurfaced. There is alot of traffic there.

Our streets on this road and several others in the neighborhood are crumbling and potholes at the end of my street. You had paved the roads the transit bus uses but did nothing in the last few years regarding the rest of the roads in the neighborhood. How about fixing the roads instead of building new sidewalks and speed bumps that aren't necessary. We pay our taxes and the least you can do is fix our roads please!
