Once again asking the city to fill in this huge rut that was created at the end of my driveway and in front of my mailbox when Winslow rd was repaved. Previously the request was denied saying it was outside the scope of the project, however, the project created the rut during the project work so I'd like the city to fill it in before snow comes and myself, USPS, and delivery trucks get their tire stuck in this hole when delivering mail and turning right. Thank you!

Hello. Wondering what can be done to address this damaged and dangerous block. It greatly limits the street parking available. The sidewalk is also deteriorating. Plus, it makes it hard for the street to have 2 way traffic.

I thought there was a street tree category but I can't find it. Nevertheless, I need to report a hazardous dead Ash tree at the corner of my property at W. 11th St and N. Oolitic Dr. It's the tree right next to the Oolitic street sign. The specific address is 1510 W. 11th aka Forest Homes Addition Lot 48. The tree constantly drops extremely large limbs onto the property, the sidewalk right below, and into the edge of the street. Due to the size of the tree, the limbs wouldn't just leave a slight bruise if one fell on a person. Obviously, I understand the difficult situation we find ourselves in at the moment, but I'm hoping this tree can be removed asap. On Thurs, April 30, Bluestone will be removing a large dead tree on my property and I am also paying them to remove a couple large, dead branches from this Ash tree. That won't take care of what is higher up, though. Thank you.

This is actually a "sidewalk" issue - the asphalt walkway that passes under the 10th St viaduct has a small but very deep (feet?) pothole in it - it could break someone's leg or ankle if they stepped into it. The hole is just north of the bridge itself.

South bound lane,West side of street, going uphill, there is a prominent outward portion of the curbing. It is painted yellow, but now black from repeated contact by vehicle tires. It needs to be rounded off, and move toward the sidewalk. When I struck this prominent angled curb, it resulted in a blowout of my right front tire. The Bland wrecker truck driver said “ Oh, I get lots of business from that curb” so my experience is not unique. Please fix for the nest drivers, and contact me if there are any questions. this washed out patch is a fairly serious safety issue for cars and pedestrians. Due to recent work on a sidewalk on Clover Lane, orange traffic cones were available, and were placed at the site of the hole to reduce the risk of an accident. City personnel came to see the issue, and took away the traffic cones, thereby increasing the risk of an accident. City personnel informed me that the hole would be repaired "soon" by the fiber optics installation contractor. While I understand that this sort of thing takes some time to coordinate and complete, the removal of the orange cone and the lack of a repair, is creating a safety risk for cars and pedestrians in the area. thanks, kelly

At the corners of Leonard Springs and Tapp Rd and the corner of Leonard Springs and Fairington there are deep ruts that are hard to see at night as well as with snow. These could do a lot of damage to a car. Please fill them in.

There is a large pothole on the north side of the circular median between 500 and 501 South Arbutus that needs to be filled in. This pothole is caused in part by city garbage, recycling, and snow plow trucks that are too large to turn around in in the cul-de-sac. I reported this problem earlier this week. The ticket was marked as "resolved" but nothing was done.

Hi, we're getting large potholes in Highland Ave north of 1st and south of University at the entrance to the alleyway. Also, I believe the city takes care of the sidewalk/entrance to the alleyway itself, which has also deteriorated in the years since it was last repaired. (I had called the city and watched it repaired.)
