Coming from the direction of E First, on W First, going towards the old hospital, there is a drain just after the crossing with the B-Line trail, that has the asphalt around the metal all broken up.
After turning right onto 17th from Fee Lane, there is a deep pothole in the right lane.
Countryside lane has major road issues and needs to be redone, but there're a couple BIG potholes near Summit Elementary school that need attention asap!

on Walnut Rd (between Peppergrass and the church) there are some MAJOR potholes on the road. The road is narrow and sometimes have no choice but to run over these holes... can we get these holes filled in please?
I WAS TURNING LEFT ONTO W TAPP RD AND THERE IS A POTHOLE THAT CAN NOT BE AVOIDED. MY VEHICLE WAS DAMAGED AND I HAD TO CALL FOR A TOW SERVICE TO TAKE MY VEHICLE BACK TO MY RESIDENCE. AS A RESULT I HAD TO TAKE MY CAR TO A REPAIR SHOP. PLEASE GET THIS FIXED AND PROVIDE ME WITH THE NEXT STEPS IN GETTING REIMBURSED FOR THE DAMAGE. A dozen potholes popped up on Harmony Rd after that last freeze. They are in east bound lane, past Harmony
Intersection of 10th / Grant streets is degrading, especially on the north edge. With some attention now, further decline could be prevented.
Intersection of Grant and 11th Streets is in need of repair. Multiple potholes make it dangerous for bicycles, etc.
Intersection of N. Washington and Cottage Grove is in need of extensive repair. Neglected potholes have grown to the point that it is dangerous to drive through the intersection.
