Small but deep pothole in front of 904 S. Madison St.

South bound lane,West side of street, going uphill, there is a prominent outward portion of the curbing. It is painted yellow, but now black from repeated contact by vehicle tires. It needs to be rounded off, and move toward the sidewalk. When I struck this prominent angled curb, it resulted in a blowout of my right front tire. The Bland wrecker truck driver said “ Oh, I get lots of business from that curb” so my experience is not unique. Please fix for the nest drivers, and contact me if there are any questions. The road is patched at Hoosier St and Limestone Dr, and in the last few days a pothole has formed. It's small but I guess due to the low speed of the roads it eats wheels pretty well.

There are a couple of potholes at the northeast corner of the intersection of Bainbridge and elliston.

I estimate there is a segment of pavement approximately four-five feet long that continues to crumble, break apart and grow over the past year. It is in an area where postal workers and delivery vehicles stop adjacent to the house.

The pavement has large holes in it adjacent to the driveway and mailbox. It breaks up into smaller pieces that are scattered as vehicle tires hit them. They have continued to grow larger as the year progresses.

A water pipe break was repaired and patched earlier this year. There is a small hole cracking and sinking the pavement adjacent to the patch. There are concerns this hole could become larger as winter approaches.

Kayla Drake is tethered with my phone interfering with an investigation she and her friends robbed my house
