I thought there was a street tree category but I can't find it. Nevertheless, I need to report a hazardous dead Ash tree at the corner of my property at W. 11th St and N. Oolitic Dr. It's the tree right next to the Oolitic street sign. The specific address is 1510 W. 11th aka Forest Homes Addition Lot 48. The tree constantly drops extremely large limbs onto the property, the sidewalk right below, and into the edge of the street. Due to the size of the tree, the limbs wouldn't just leave a slight bruise if one fell on a person. Obviously, I understand the difficult situation we find ourselves in at the moment, but I'm hoping this tree can be removed asap. On Thurs, April 30, Bluestone will be removing a large dead tree on my property and I am also paying them to remove a couple large, dead branches from this Ash tree. That won't take care of what is higher up, though. Thank you.

Hello. Wondering what can be done to address this damaged and dangerous block. It greatly limits the street parking available. The sidewalk is also deteriorating. Plus, it makes it hard for the street to have 2 way traffic.

All of the speed bumps in this neighborhood have been in disrepair since the snow plows damaged them on about December 16.

Going West along Countryside Dr. there are trees along sidewalk on left hand side of road. At intersection Adams Hill Circle and Countryside...view to see oncoming traffic on either side of Countryside Dr. is completely obstructed by trees - cannot see oncoming traffic. This is a school zone, with high traffic volume in morning and evenings, problem compounded with bikers and pedestrian traffic.

Between houses 1210 and 1212 on South Lincoln Street, there is a section of pavement that has buckled and is allowing runoff to wash out the soil under the road and sidewalk. The size is approximately 16" X 36". It is located directly off of the curb, and near the driveway for 1212 South Lincoln St.

Once again asking the city to fill in this huge rut that was created at the end of my driveway and in front of my mailbox when Winslow rd was repaved. Previously the request was denied saying it was outside the scope of the project, however, the project created the rut during the project work so I'd like the city to fill it in before snow comes and myself, USPS, and delivery trucks get their tire stuck in this hole when delivering mail and turning right. Thank you!

In front of our home, 2301 E Arden Dr, there is fairly significant erosion taking place along the edge of the road. I know it's hard on the snow plows and it's just crumbling and could use a fresh layer of tar. If you all could please add that to the repair list, I haven't noticed a lot of trouble elsewhere on the street, but we are on a corner, at the bottom of an incline, and near a water drain. I would really appreciate it. Thank you!!!

Large pothole in alley that runs parallel in between Fess and Henderson street, perpindicular between 1st and Maxwell. If you're coming in to the alley from 1st street, the pothole is on your left about 20 feet in. It is huge and now with the snow makes driving down this alley hazardous.

Location: 611 E State Road 45,46 Bypass and 711 to a lesser extent. There is gravel and sand on the driveways of these homes at the junction of the sidewalks. This makes it difficult for the bicycle riders to ride throughout it. I assume it is the responsibility of the owners to clean it up. If you could give them a call, maybe that would help. The 611 address is very bad and the 711 address is moderate. On the positive side, your department has been doing an excellent job of cleaning up the limestone chunks that fall down on the sidewalk further east where you had to cut through the stone for the new highway. Pothole on Heritage (off E 3rd St) close to house #116. Heritage is dark at night, and therefore can be dangerous for the pedestrian. Also, huge overgrowth of foliage on sidewalk in front of 3813 E 3rd St. Obstructs the sidewalk. I noticed that when I get off the bus on E 3rd, in front of Century's building, the sidewalk ends rather than helps the pedestrian reach the corner of Smith Rd so that I can cross to get to E Morningside Dr. This is unacceptable for the pedestrian.
