I live in Northwood Estates and travel daily on Kinser Pike from the bypass just to get home. After living here for 22 years, the amount of traffic has increased tremendously, especially BIG trucks. For the past 2 weeks, barrels, tape, etc have been placed there, restricting northbound turning in the left lane separately. What are the specific plans for the development and completion of this project? PLEASE complete this project before school resumes at Arlington and Bloomington High School North because in 1 afternoon I counted 28 buses going Southbound to the bypass. When the curb between the bike lane and car lane was reconstructed gaps were left in the pavement. Generally the pavement repair was not done to the standard usually expected of Bloomington roads.
