We received a call from a woman concerned about eroding pavement around a drainage grate. She uses a wheelchair and expressed concerns about the hole being a safety hazard to her and to others. The exact location is the southwest corner of Southdowns Drive and Highland Avenue.

Hi, not sure what category this goes into...at the corner of Woodlawn & Southdowns, southeast corner, there's a big culvert on the east side, and this was blocked by leaves. When I walked by this morning the ditch was 4' deep full of water and spilling over the road; on my way back a guy & his dog were trying to clear out some of the leaves. There is a giant pothole next to our driveway, so every time we pull our car out it gets stuck in it. We are worried that our cars will get damaged or someone will fall and injure themselves.

Across the street from our house, there is street parking, but there is a lot of broken glass. Not only is it a safety hazard for people walking/crossing the street, but there is definitely enough glass to cause popped tires. If it can get swept/cleaned up soon, that would be amazing.
