Mrs. Otto stated that the drainage area in front of her house has basically eroded away and something needs to be done to fix it. She stated that someone from the city was to come out about a year ago and no one did.

Ms. Brinegar stated that it is simking more and more and the water collects there for long periods of time. Pothole at intersection of N. Plymouth Road (my street) and N. Sheffield Dr. in Park Ridge East. To miss the pothole, drivers are moving to the right thereby ending up driving into the grass on the corner creating mud which gets pulled into the street.

A sidewalk was installed this fall. The road meeting the sidewalk was never patched and is in terrible condition all the way down the block, becoming worse with winter weather and parking. I live at 319 w. 15th st.

There is a cut in the concrete on the E 7th St sidepath (near bypass underpass) that is 1 - 1.5 inches deep. It is jarring to ride over on a bike and may be a tripping hazard for pedestrians.
