I own property at the lower end of Brooks Drive (1305). The section between where the cutout for my neighbor's drive and my property is covered by an easement I granted several years ago to the city. That section of pavement is badly in need of new blacktop as is the driveway on my property. I need to get some guidance about what I can do--and any help the city might provide. There is glass on the street from an auto accident that happened Monday evening. Smooth move putting a four story apartment complex with an exit/entrance at a four way stop and across from a rest home. What is this, the second accident in a week there?
The manhole cover at 3rd & Indiana seems to be loose. A few time recently when I driven thru that intersection it makes a noise & seems to rise up from the opening. It is supposed to do that? Thank you!
