W Smith Ave betwwn South Madison and South Morton is a wreck, with potholes scattered throughout. The corner at Smith and Morton is continuing to degrade. Thank you.

I estimate there is a segment of pavement approximately four-five feet long that continues to crumble, break apart and grow over the past year. It is in an area where postal workers and delivery vehicles stop adjacent to the house.

The pavement has large holes in it adjacent to the driveway and mailbox. It breaks up into smaller pieces that are scattered as vehicle tires hit them. They have continued to grow larger as the year progresses.

A water pipe break was repaired and patched earlier this year. There is a small hole cracking and sinking the pavement adjacent to the patch. There are concerns this hole could become larger as winter approaches.
