Multiple potholes in this stretch of Lincoln, ranging from the size of a tea plate to a dinner plate. Bikers in the bike lane have to enter the car lane to avoid them. The road is also covered in gravel and debris from construction on a nearby apartment.
Hello - I am the manager of the Osage Place Homeowner Association. The Board of the Osage Place neighborhood is wondering if it is possible to stripe parking spaces on Bernard Street. The goal is to help identify parking spaces and alleviate those parking improperly and leaving large distances (but not enough to park) when parking on the street. My concern is too little or no erosion control in place on 19th St., where major storm sewer installation is going on. The street was flooded with muddy water on (6/29/25) Sunday morning. Tree limbs and debris left in the street after water receded. Crider is cleaning it up now. There is major excavation with lots of loose soil piled up on that 5A site so is this going to be contained in the future as work continues. I'm sure Utilities does not want this dirt flowing down and getting in to the existing storm pipes. It is a mess up here. Plus storm grates on the low end are filled with debris once again.

Road deteriorating in this area of Rockport Rd/Guy Ave, there are several large potholes getting bigger by each rainy day. Long term, this area has really bad drainage, with many of the storm drains above the level of the road so water runs right around them and collects further south in a dangerously large puddle, in the vicinity of 2225 S Rockport road.
The entrance to the alley at my house (from Highland Ave) has a deep ditch from rain runoff. Hoping you can re-grade it. Thank you.
