Not sure if this is streets, sanitation, or animal control but there is a dead baby deer laying across a storm water drain on East Winslow Farm Drive. didn't know if it had been reported.
This is a cul-de-sac in Park Ridge East. The paving at entrance to the street is in disrepair. At the top of the cul-de-sac is a huge pot hole. The center of the street is breaking away. To drive up and down this street many times a day is frustrating. It would be wonderful to have it repaved.

Good mornning. While I have made reports in the past, no contact or response was ever received so I started fixing the issue myself. As you can see in the photo, I am having an issue with street erosion an you can see the area I have personally repaired out of pocket. The road is to the point now where it is crumbling apart more rapidly and causing pot holes and trip hazarda. I even have an area that a fiber optic crew crushed part of the road and have never been back to fix it. The area of concern spans approx. 35-40 feet. Pot hole in street just as I am turning South out of 305 N. Pete Ellis Drive onto Pete Ellis street.
At Rose and Second: unclosed utility cut without warning of the uneven surface, especially damaging to cars traveling at or above the speed limit in the dark.
Going west on 17th Street, just before the overpass over 37/69, I did not see a street sign for Crescent Rd. and missed my turn. If there is a sign there, I did not see it anywhere. Needs a street sign!
