Our trash was not picked up today. It was put out last night as always, and put in exactly the same place as we always put it at the curb. Nothing warranted it not being picked up except it was just probably missed. Please pick up as soon as you can. It is full and I have no room to hold it another week. Thank you. I also would like verification that you received this because I left a voice message and I’m not sure I sent it correctly so I did it twice and I still would like to know that somebody did receive this and my trash does get picked up. Thanks again.

I submitted a U-Report several weeks ago. I am a city volunteer and volunteer with the City Utility Department and Park Department in addressing litter and keeping this waste from blocking storm drains and pollution in the city's streams. I bagged the brocken pavement into a red and white old large dog food bag on the west side of our driveway several weeks ago and submitted two reports and the bag is still there and receiced two emails saying that the was cleared. On early Wednesday, 7/2, one of the sanitation trucks picking up trash spilled white liquid on the roads along Spicewood II (Buttonwood, Cottonwood & Elderberry Lanes). A street cleaner came by Thursday but only did a portion of the streets and it didn't attempt to clean in along the east side of Buttonwood where there is a sizable amount of the spill. It's unknown what was spilled along every road but it's very gross and needs further attention by the City. Thank you.

It looks like the trash truck was leaking some sort of white liquid that smells putrid. It follows a line along the trash cans of all of our houses in the cul-de-sac. Can you please send someone to clean this up ASAP? We are putting our house on the market right now and this will be a deterrent for buyers. Thank you in advance for your help! Best, Jake
