1000 E. Chris Lane is a rental house belonging to Pendragon Properties. Tim Brown was the resident but has left and abandoned several items on the property that need to be removed. Also a red Cadillac--AJT765 belongs to him. There might be a black cat that he left who stays under the house.

3508 E Park Lane. The occupant appears to be running a junk yard out of his house. Always has a front yard and side yards full of stuff that appears to be trash or junk. Needs to be cleaned up for the sake of those people in the neighborhood who are trying to sell their homes. Also, his stacks of crap could be an excellent breeding ground for rodents. Please have him clean it up.

Illegal dumping happens often in the easement between the properties on South Westwood Drive and Village Court. The Village Court tenants or property owner nearly constantly use this area as their personal dumping ground. This mess is currently behind the property line of 420 and 430 S. Westwood Drive. There are several swimming pools that are not being maintained down village court. They are green and a breeding ground for mosquitos. Some can be seen from the road, others can not. Please send notice to tenants and landlords to clean this area up. There is trash everywhere!
