There is a hydrant with a big mound of dirt adjacent to it and snow fencing surrounding it completely. This is at 9th and Fairview. This seems like a hazard. It looks to be part of the city’s fiber projectI

Unclear if this is the right address and the for sale sign just recently disappeared. However, due to heavy rains, this empty lot has several “trees” (overgrown weeds?) that have started to block the sidewalk and also fall towards the neighboring houses/fences. Needs cleared out badly to avoid injuring the people and pets using the sidewalks if one suddenly falls.
Contacted realtor a couple months back to notify lot owner and she indicated she would but no action has occurred to remedy the increasingly dangerous situation.

Construction workers from the path project here along Montclair near Southeast Park entrance left lots of debris behind along the sidewalk. They're long gone and didn't attempt to clean any of this up.

Stormwater grates on either side of Winslow Farm Drive near the intersection with Winslow Road were covered and fastened with sisal-like mats at the beginning of work on the Winslow Rd. section of the pedestrian/biker pathway in mid-spring. As a result, that part of Winslow Road has flooded with every heavy rain, and the grates are now heavily clogged. Early on, I contacted the Street Department about this, but was told that the City had nothing to do with the project, which was slated to finish in October (!) Now it is October, and the pathway crews have finished and cleaned up. But still no one has removed those sisal covers on the two stormwater grates. I'm not sure what department should handle this, but I'd really like to see the problem resolved. Why the grates have had to be covered all these months is a mystery to me.

In the attached photo of the property at 801 N. Oolitic St., I have circled the vehicle that I am referencing in this report. This vehicle does not operate and has been sitting, unmoved, for six months, if not a year. The vehicle is not directly on the street, it sits in the grass at the edge of the road - technically a city right-of way. Nevertheless....to quote city ordinance 15.04.020-Abandoned Vehicle(6) "Abandoned vehicle" means "A vehicle that is three or more model years old (it is), and mechanically inoperable (it is), and is left on private property continuously in a location visible from public property for more than twenty days (it absolutely is clearly visible from my property, every neighbors' property, and any passerby.) Whether anything like the engine, transmission, or differential has been removed is unknown to me, but it may also fit under definition (4) of "abandoned vehicle." This vehicle is an eyesore to myself and my neighbors. Please take the necessary measures to have it removed. Thank you.
