Garbage and debris all over the property and it's left there for days to blow into neighboring yards. City Bus shelter littered with garbage every day which collects overnight when the busses aren't running. Homeless citizens use the bus shelter as a living room from 4pm till midnight or later dropping garbage and causing noise disturbances. The free food cabinet in front of the property is a great idea, but canned food bakes in the direct afternoon sun every day which is a health hazard.
Tree down in road
Rental house (too many renters) across the street from us facing Sare Road (right by Spicewood II sign) has a large sectional that has been sitting in driveway for a month. This is a nice neighborhood not accustomed to seeing debris sitting in driveways. There is also a large box truck that is continually parked on the grass. This is what happens when rentals are not inspected….the decks are falling off & the gutters are drooping…totally unacceptable. Thank you for checking on this situation. Please get back to me. Asphalt debris next to the drain and also on the sidewalk. Thank you.
The vicinity of the corner of Howe and Morton has an excessive amount of broken glass and dust/gravel in the street, especially at the northwest corner of the intersection, washed down from further up the hill. Please send the streetsweeper!
During the big rain and subsequent flood of a few weeks ago, a great deal of large flotsam traveled down the stream that edges Switchyard park and got stuck against the bridge that goes under W Country Club Drive. There are large trees, pallets, large trash can and smaller debris jammed against the north side of the bridge causing a dam. The vehicle bridge is between the B-line trail and Burger King. One can see all this debris from the pedestrian bridge.
Large unused goal post laying in yard for over a year.
Pile of yard debris on the south side of the creek needs to be removed as there's a family of skunks living in it. Debris has been there for years but all previous homeowners claim it's "too hard" to clean that side of the creek when the city didn't provide them with a way across it.
Debris from flooding—gravel and asphalt which eroded during the 6/18 storm is covering the street
