Ref # 207761...Ms. Bowlen I think you missed my point...I know crews don't remove the snow..and typically shove excess snow to either side of driveways..but into the driveway as was the case here...so now I have to remove the excess snow. There was adequate room to shove the snow elsewhere.
Hello -- you closed my case (208109) without looking at the situation. USPS won’t deliver our mail because there is too much snow in the STREET in front of the mailbox. I don't believe that I am responsible for clearing a PUBLIC STREET. The city moved a large amount of snow and placed it in front of my mailbox and is now blocking access to my mailbox. Why can't the city fix the problem they caused? Can you please reconsider this? Thanks!
The bridge on W Allen (between Morton and Walnut) gets blocked every time it snows. I'm sure it's challenging to do otherwise, but every snow the trucks just push a mountain up against either end of the bridge. There's no reasonable alternatie paths. Please clear.
Followup to report 208191. I would like an explanation as to why this blacktop does not constitute a sidewalk, which is defined in municipal code Title 12 "any walkway or pedestrian corridor within the City of Bloomington's legally platted right-of-way." This seems to fit that definition. How are you making that determination?

The path between Hawthorne and Weatherstone that is part of the Hawthorne-Weatherstone Greenway is completely covered with snow and nothing has been done to clear it more than a week after the snow storm.
No one ca get their cars out nor even leave the parking lot. Street is also poorly plowed. Didn’t know if this was an apartment problem or city. So hopefully this can get solved

THERE IS ONLY ONE PORTION OF SOUTH COLLEGE MALL ROAD SIDEWALKS THAT ARE CLEAR OF SNOW. ALL OF THIRD ST OK THE EASTSIDE ON BOTH SIDES OF THE STREET STE STILL UNCLEAR. I CANNOT CROSS THE STREET DUE TO THE GINORMOUS MOUNDS OF SNOW STILL ON THE SIDEWALK CORNERS WHILE THESE ROADS ARE CLEAR AS DAMN DAY. MY MOTHER IS A WHEELCHAIR AND CANNOT LEAVE HER COMPLEX BECAUSE SHE HAD TO BE IN THE STREET. I HAVE LIVED HERE OVER FIVE YEARS AND YOU ALL ABSOLUTELY NEVER ENSURE THAT SIDEWALKS ARE CLEAR NOR DO YOU HOLD ANYBODYYYYYY ACCOUNTABLE FOR NOT CLEARING THE SIDEWALKS ON THEIR PROPERTY. ITS ABSOLUTELY RIDICUOLOUS. THERES ARE PEDESTRIANS IN THIS TOWN WE WALK EVERYWHERE EVERYDAY AND IT IS INFURIATING AND UNFAIR TO BE TREATED THIS WAY.
