PARKING A CAR AND 2 MOTORCYCLES ON ABANDONED PROPERTY ON 619 W 13TH IN BACKYARD. CALLED OWNER OF 619 AND THERE IS NO AUTHORIZATION TO PARK THERE. HAVE BEEN ASKED TO MOVE THESE AND HAVE NOT.
CARS ARE BEING PARKED ON THE GRASS OF THIS PROPERTY WHICH IS VACANT.
Residents at Fritz and Matlock parking on the lawn daily. Dr. Ruff has photos if needed.
Cars are parking on lawn at 2408 and 2415.

Several cars parked on the lawn at all hours of the day.
Several vehicles parking on the lawn daily; over-occupied. 30 cars parked there nightly. The house next door is also over-occupied (14th & Madison 312 W. 14th).

STATES THIS IS AN ON-GOING PROBLEM. ALLEY BETWEEN THE TWO PROPERTIES LEADS BACK TO A GARAGE FOR 1614. RESIDENTS OF 1614 REGULARLY PARK 2 OR MORE VEHICLES IN THE ALLEY AND CURRENTLY HAVE AN OLD TRUCK PARKED THERE THAT HE BELIEVES IS NOT PLATED AND HASN'T BEEN FOR SOME TIME. HAS COMPLAINED DIRECTLY TO THEM AND TO THE CITY IN THE PAST YET THEY CONTINUE TO USE THIS AS THEIR PRIVATE PARKING. WOULD LIKE TO SEE THIS MATTER RESOLVED. PLEASE CONTACT MR. MCKEE WITH INFO ON THE RESOLUTION OF THIS PROBLEM.
tenants have been driving and parking on the lawn despite repeated warnings not to do so. complaintant is owner of property and is concerned that they have been jumping the curb with the cars and may be damaging the curb/sidewalk as well as the lawn and possibly the neighbors lawn. there are two tenants - upstairs and downstairs and they both have and are continuing to do this.
