several vehicles are parking in the grass either beyond the eastern limits of the parking area or in the grass plot between sidewalk on 1st and parking area.

Car parked on grass and partially blocking sidewalk at 502 S. Washington. Call received from member of public.
Vehicle(s) parking in rear yard. City curb painted blue restricting parking providing access to vehicle(s) to drive over curb and sidewalk to access site.
tenants have been driving and parking on the lawn despite repeated warnings not to do so. complaintant is owner of property and is concerned that they have been jumping the curb with the cars and may be damaging the curb/sidewalk as well as the lawn and possibly the neighbors lawn. there are two tenants - upstairs and downstairs and they both have and are continuing to do this.
Tenants park are parked in the front of the house blocking the public sidewalk. on 11/16/98 at 11:15 pm complaintant almost hit a jogger because he went out in the street to get around the cars parked on the sidewalk. Complaintant has talked with tenant about problem before, but it continues. He also questions the number of tenants here.
(Not sure of exact address) Yellow house at the southeast corner of 6th and Grant--residents are driving over the sidewalk and parking on the lawn to avoid having to get a neighborhood parking sticker. This is a new problem; these folks just moved in. 11/9/98 correct address is 402 E. 6th
There is a suburban and a trailer parked along the street & a huge snow pile that makes it hard to get down the street.

The address for this issue is at 302 E. 7th st. The picture that I’m including shows the tenants at this house are coming North on 200 N Lincoln st driving over the curb/Sidewalk and driving through their yard and sometimes parking in the back yard.
Following up on UReport #178307 Residents are still driving over the curb and on the sidewalk and through the yard on 200 N. Lincoln as the picture shows and parking in the yard.
