tenants have been driving and parking on the lawn despite repeated warnings not to do so. complaintant is owner of property and is concerned that they have been jumping the curb with the cars and may be damaging the curb/sidewalk as well as the lawn and possibly the neighbors lawn. there are two tenants - upstairs and downstairs and they both have and are continuing to do this.

Tenants park are parked in the front of the house blocking the public sidewalk. on 11/16/98 at 11:15 pm complaintant almost hit a jogger because he went out in the street to get around the cars parked on the sidewalk. The address for this issue is at 302 E. 7th st. The picture that I’m including shows the tenants at this house are coming North on 200 N Lincoln st driving over the curb/Sidewalk and driving through their yard and sometimes parking in the back yard.
