HAS COMPLAINED DIRECTLY TO THEM AND TO THE CITY IN THE PAST YET THEY CONTINUE TO USE THIS AS THEIR PRIVATE PARKING. WOULD LIKE TO SEE THIS MATTER RESOLVED. PLEASE CONTACT MR. MCKEE WITH INFO ON THE RESOLUTION OF THIS PROBLEM.
