Dog ambushing other people walking by with other dogs on leashes. Very aggressive like. Very scared my dog and myself. Homeowner of dog not present. Dog needs to be on a leash or with owner when outside not to go aggressive to people on sidewalk or roadway.
Owner has at least 6 cats and large dog in small camper. The property doesn’t look safe for anyone. The cats aren’t fixed and the babies are inbred. The neighbor has rescued one from the property and it was infested with flees. I’m worried for the animals well being but also hers. The property is piled with trash and seems like a fire hazard. A woman with a sign stands on the corner of Morningside and Smith or occasionally 3rd st and Smith, and ties her two dogs up near her all day. They are all three out there in the heat and weather. I am concerned.
Three dogs behind fence never stop barking day and night. They are a nuisance and a danger as they are neglected all day to annoy an entire neighborhood- they are the only dogs that do this in neighborhood. I’m constantly awoken because of their viscous barking. Please give the owners notice of codes, and that lawsuits can be filed for negligence which I’m thinking about. The entitlement and selfishness of destroying the peace and quiet of an entire neighborhood because you suck as dog owners or like disturbing your neighbors is completely is not what I signed up for. Totally irresponsible and city of bton is not doing enough. This barking dog syndrome is all over this town. It needs to stop.
We would like to request a welfare check for a dog that has been barking incessantly and disturbing the peace of at least ten homes in the neighborhood for years, with the problem getting worse in recent weeks. Some occupants have lately vacated the property, and the dog seems to be increasingly neglected. At least two dogs have been observed on the property, with one dog that barks for hours on end. The dog(s) is frequently left out in the freezing cold, in extreme heat and humidity, and during thunderstorms, intensifying the poor creature’s anguish and barking. Most nights, the dog barks for hours, and on June 15, the dog barked throughout the day, then constantly from 6 p.m. until well beyond 2 a.m., making it impossible to sleep. Please investigate this unfortunate situation. We are at our wit’s end with the continual barking and are extremely concerned about the dog’s well-being, as it is clearly in distress.
