A black Lab is being tied up on a short cord wrapped around a tree with no water in the heat at 3248 Southern Oaks Drive 47401. The dog is barking nonstop and clearly in distress. This happens often, but this is the first time I’m reporting it. Please help him. Thank you.

Dogs from two houses were out without leash and came after my dog on leash. Dogs were from houses at 3531 N Hackberry St 3545 N Hackberry St This is the second time the dogs from 3531 N Hackberry St came out to my dog and I while walking.

There is a dead raccoon at the side of the road on East Hunter Avenue, near the intersection with High Street. It is at the edge of the road, against a low stone wall. I would appreciate it if the city would remove and dispose of the dead animal. Thank you.
