This van was parked outside my building from at least 9pm (12/11) till sometime after 5am (12/12) on. we thought we had heard dogs in the car a little after nine and went to check it out and couldn’t hear anything. Around 3:20am we heard them again and found that they were in this car and had been since the car was parked. The police arrived and the dogs weren’t barking so they wouldn’t do any thing . It was 30 degrees last night and we have no way of knowing what kind of condition they were in however leaving them caged in a car in 30 degree weather is cruel. This car regularly parks here and the owner is unknown to me. The license plate is GW5522 and it’s a white dodge grand caravan with FDSA stickers above the gas cap

Continuous issue with letting their dog roam freely without a leash on. No owner in sight when dog is let out. This is becoming an issue because their dog is approaching my dog when he’s on a leash and approaching other dogs while they’re on their leashes. This can cause a lot of issues as to children in the area and possibly an adult. The neighbor is also allowing the dog to urinate on other people’s front porches. There is at least one skunk living under the boardwalk/under the playground at Building Trades Park. Seen it multiple times in the last week or two. Lots of dogs and cats in the neighborhood -- worry it'll spray someone/someone's pet.

Tenants in this apartment appear to have multiple dogs (4 from what we have heard) that are left out on their back deck for long periods of time and bark enough to disturb the neighbors. The number of dogs is in violation of our pet policy, but my main concern is the health and well being of the animals.
