Two large dogs and three cats are being housed at my neighbors apartment (landlord thinks she only has one)—neighbor frequently leaves them unattended for days and one of the dogs is in bad shape. I believe that there is a husky that’s safety is at risk due to neglect. The owner has posted their dog as missing 7 times since November and has obviously not taking precautions to ensure the safety of her pet. Owner is Jodi Reynolds and her dog is a Husky named Joey. He has been to the shelter multiple times before.
100% of the time I go by this house, there is a white dog outside in a dog run. The space is big enough and there appears to be water, but the dog is outside in all weather. As a dog owner myself, it saddens me to think this dog's entire life is spent outside in a dog run. I'm hoping someone can check on the welfare of this dog.
We are renters at 1501 S Walnut Street. Our new landlord cut down most of the plants around our house and the other rental houses beside us. We then noticed more mice over the winter, and caught a rat in a trap. Our landlord is putting out traps and we have put all food in bins, but we are seeing gnawing of furniture and we’re afraid once the first rats are gone more will come. I think this is probably happening in the other buildings too, can the city do anything about rat traps on the exteriors of these houses at s walnut and hillside?
We in the McDoel Gardens have been seen a increase of those disease borne ticks. This is another reason to get rid of Deer in town. Can we get some intown deer removal?
The owner has two large dogs (black large dog and a boxer). They are left outside all the time, and they are barking at all hours. There is a fence in the backyard, but the owner has taken it apart, and the dogs get out and roam the neighborhood. This morning, the black dog was on a leash that got tangled around the boxer. The boxer was in distress. This goes on all the time, and the dogs are being mistreated and neglected.

A neighbor has three dogs. They all are aggressive and have attempted to attack my dogs or myself on multiple occasions. In the past two days two of the dogs have attacked my dogs unprovoked while in our backyard and on my front porch. They never have the dogs on leashes except the most aggressive one, but even when on leashes they are unsupervised. The past two occasions the dogs have not been on leashes at all, and entirely unsupervised. I have to walk past their porch in order to go onto my own. They can reach both me and my dogs even when leashed on their porch, making me unable to take my own dogs out or leave my home. While they have attacked, pinned down and snapped at my dogs many times, they have not left any serious injuries/cuts/abrasions because I’ve fought or scared them off in time. I don’t know if you can do anything but I don’t want to wait until there is a time I don’t get there fast enough or I can’t fight them off and they really hurt my dogs before I call animal control. 2 dogs at 121 Roundtree Ct Ellettsville. Both dogs look like they haven't eaten in weeks. 1 dog is a black dog. She is so skinny you can see the rib bones and the 2nd dog is a husky. He is left in his crate all day. From the outside of the property you can smell cat urine. There are 2-3 cats in the basement urinating on everything. It is a terrible smell and horrible to see dogs and cats in such conditions. Homeowners/pet owners are Andrew and Christina Ward.
