There are 3 dogs that live at 913 W Graham Dr that are complete uncontrolled, have no collars or tags and are allowed to roam at all hours of the day. They are a black dog, a brown/red dog, and a brown and white pit bull. They are consistently harassing my dog and cats and eat my elderly neighbors’ cat food. Can someone please visit this property and speak with owners of these dogs?
I am really concerned about the well-being of several cats, particularly their health and safety. Because I am new to the neighborhood, I opted to take my client's dog on a different route than usual. We chose to travel down Indian Creek, and as I was bending the corner to walk down Arrow Ave, I noticed 5+ cats grooming themselves in the street. Thankfully, my client's dog is not reactive to cats, but this might become a serious issue for other dogs/owners if they lose control of their reactive dog. Within 3 minutes, I saw one cat chase another across the street while hissing and began hacking/coughing. Because I previously worked in animal care, I knew this wasn't a "hairball hack," but rather a respiratory infection. After our stroll, I decided to drive down Arrow Ave without my client's dog to get a better look at the cats. When I turned onto Arrow Ave, I noticed a white cat lying down on the street, motionless. I assumed they had been hit and were hurt, if not worse. Thankfully, this was not the case (I hope), and the cat raised its head but made no move to exit the street. As a result, I had to maneuver around the cat. I drove past once and then turned around to see if the same cat was still laying in the street, which it was. And had to yet again drive past it with three more cats sitting on the side of the road, making it a tight squeeze for a vehicle. One of the three cats resembled the one who was hacking/coughing and had their tongue hanging out the side of their mouth. If you want, I can provide you some images and videos. According to Google Maps, an identical chair in the 9-year-old shot still seems to be in the same spot. If it weren't for the moped parked in front along the street, you would assume the property was abandoned.
Childs elementary playground near the creek and unleash dogs. 1 black dog and 4-5 little dogs with one of the white. My son was in his bicycle when the black dog chased him. The black dog bite my sons legs Friday evening around 7pm.
The deer problem is terrible. I've had to build fences around my flowers and trees to keep the deer away. We've lived in Winslow Farm for 20 years and the deer have eaten every lily, perrinials, trees I've planted
Can we please do something about the deer in Winslow Farms? I was personally attacked two times last year while walking my dog. I have already been attacked once this year, and I observed/helped two people being attacked yesterday. Every morning/evening I have to be careful letting my dog out to because the deer sleep in and around my yard and they starting walking toward us the second we walk outside. If my dog doesn't pee immediately I have to take her back inside and wait until they leave to try again. I do not feel safe at my own house. Please help!
Aggressive deer coming into our backyard are a hazard to our small dog.
Neighbors dog keeps coming in my yard and pooping. I have told the neighbor and his landlord not to let the dog roam free, but they don't listen. My son is allergic to dogs. I don't want to pick up dog poop from someone else's dog. I don't want it in my yard. The dog needs to stay leashed.
There is a hornets nest near the path through the trees. Many people including kids have been stung by them. The chase people off the trail.
The neighbor's dog escaped their property and attacked my cat. They have a 4-ft. chain link fence, which their dog can easily get under (and likely go over too). This is the second time their dog has done this. All I want is for them to either build a more secure fence or find another way to restrain their dogs. I'm mostly submitting this as documentation in case this happens again and they refuse to secure their dogs. Details: Their address is 5389 N Hanna Ct. They recently put tension wire on the the fence, but I don't think it's installed properly as it is 6-8" off the ground and loose. The fence is still loose or off the ground in many places. The dog is a German Shepherd. My cat only goes outside for a brief period each day in my yard while I'm standing there watching it. The dog did not attack me, but I did get scratched up trying to stop it from killing my cat. (I'm including the photo just as evidence that this event happened. I don't think the dog is dangerous to people.)
There is a loose dog: black, medium size, red collar on N Chandler Dr, Ellettsville, around 6:10 pm. Could not catch him/her, very skitish but not aggressive. Also left phone message with Bloomington Animal Shelter so that if someone is looking for their dog they would know it was sighted in this area
